Workshops

There are many benefits to attending a workshop on yoga! With most yoga classes being sixty minutes in length, this leaves little time for discussion if you have questions or want to know more about what was offered.

A yoga workshop is usually around ninety minutes to two hours long, so there is more time to dive deep into a specific area of expertise in the yogic tradition!

For students, this is a great way to experience the other limbs of yoga in a format that doesn’t just focus on the physical practice.

As a yoga teacher, this is a great opportunity to express what I feel most passionate about with my students. And I really look forward to geeking out with you!
