Roll and Release: Yoga for Mid-Back Pain
This is a class to address Mid-Back Pain. In this class, you will learn some of the causes of mid-back pain. This type of discomfort can affect anyone who sits or stands for long hours of the day or is active in sports or any physical activity. This class is also ideal for anyone who simply wants to learn more about how to take care of the back. As we age, our bodies change. This class will fill your self-care tool belt with some new tricks!
We will learn how rehydrating the connective tissues in the body using softball compression techniques helps to reduce pain and inflammation. You can look forward to practicing simple and effective yoga postures appropriate for everyday practice to release and open the shoulders, chest, mid back and neck! Believe it or not, they are all connected and we will address them all.
