With the ‘stay-at-home order’ still in place, many have been joining the online yoga community to stay relaxed, peaceful and centered during this difficult time! Prema Yoga Granada Hills

Candle Light Yoga is a great way to ease out of your long day. Transition into a state of rest and relaxation before bed. The class is broken up into two parts; we begin with a light movement and breath work to release energy and open up the body. You will experience fluid movement with breath. We will finish with restorative postures and deep breathing. You will surely have all the tensions of your day melt away and be better prepared for tomorrow.

This class is currently offered online through Zoom. To attend this class, please purchase a class package on the Prema website. A Zoom link will then be provided to you :

Candlelight Mindful Yoga

  • Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 8:30-9:30 pm. Beginners

This is my new favorite spot in this valley. Drop into one of my Vinyasa Flow or Restorative yoga classes for only $10. This class is ideal for all levels of practice. If you have an interest in climbing too, you can buy a day pass for $17 which includes the yoga! Free your mind, then go climb! Enjoy your practice with me at these times:

Mindful Yoga

  • Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 pm All levels.

My home away from home! This studio is one of the most beautiful in Santa Clarita Valley. It has 3 rooms, a wonderful lobby and everything you will need for your practice. My class Breathe, Move, Meditate is all about slowing down. Take a deep breath, restore balance and return to grounded solace. This class teaches breathing and meditation techniques that calm and tranquility in the body and mind. The breath releases stresses stored during your hectic day, allowing one to turn in and return to inner peace. Feel mentally clear, relax deeply and enjoy your bliss. Practice with me:
