Hi, I am Alexis and I am a yoga teacher, artist, writer and a seeker of balance. I am passionate about living a healthy and happy life so I created this site to connect with others and share what I have learned from my own practices of self-care. I teach yoga because it allows me to bring to others the joy that my yoga practice has brought to me. I am a 500-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and in the classroom, I offer a place for students to practice mindfully and to explore their own capabilities. I enjoy teaching vinyasa sequences that create breath-body links designed to give the student the experience of fluid movement with the breath. I strive to teach the importance of balance in life and believe that a regular yoga practice coupled with the enriching seeds of knowledge from yoga philosophy can teach you how.
